I used to go for dinner a few times a month with fellow expats. It has great food considering it's an extremely poor country. Great service, friendly staff, live music etc. Yes it has prostitutes, but my friends and I were never bothered or harassed.
A polite "no thanks" was more than sufficient to be left alone. A good restaurant with excellent beef quality and cooking, music to keep your spirits high and a good service all at a very reasonable price. Would one ask for more in N'Djamena?
